Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the employee lifecycle, maintain records, and deliver workforce data insights from our mining operations in Queensland. You will liaise with stakeholders to drive compliant HR processes and enable effective workforce planning.

Ideal candidates will have strong HR administration and data reporting skills, with a proven track record in mining or heavy industries. Camp accommodation may be available for non-residents.

• Strong administration, reporting, and data management capabilities.
• High attention to detail with focus on compliance and accuracy.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems and documentation are current and compliant.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data.
• Support business reporting, operational requirements, and workforce planning.
