Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our finance team and support day-to-day financial operations, including AR, AP, payroll, and general office duties.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in finance/accounts, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic mining environment. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a finance/accounting role with AP & AR in medium-high volume environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and accounting software packages.
• Mining and/or contracts experience advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead Accounts Receivable (AR): Process monthly claims, review site data, and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Reconciliations including credit cards, supplier compliance and assist with invoice processing.
• Payroll: Daily timesheet processing including matching to gate log ins.
• Office Support: General admin tasks, fleet management and leave relief to finance colleagues.
