About the Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency across the business. You’ll lead a collaborative team, streamline processes, and provide insightful financial reporting to support decision‑making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Accountants and AP staff
• Oversee financial reporting, end‑to‑end month‑end processes as well as continuous systems improvement
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements across finance operations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in finance leadership roles or the demonstrative ability to step up from a Senior Accountant role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the heavy industry/ mining services or related sectors is highly desirable
