Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Exposure to open cut mine planning and scheduling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using software such as Vulcan, Deswik or similar mine planning packages.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team.

• Develop and optimise short-term mine designs and schedules
• Support drill & blast and operational planning activities
• Monitor and reconcile design conformance to operational plans
• Liaise with production and technical stakeholders to ensure achievable planning outcomes
• Provide operational feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a strong site safety culture and positive team environment
