Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking interest from Construction Managers to join our Mining and Minerals North West Region, providing comprehensive engineering support to projects. You will lead teams, build client relationships, prepare high-quality reporting and define the scope of work.

The role offers a permanent long-term opportunity with career progression, on-site leadership, and a FIFO roster from Perth, WA, with a 5:2/4:3 pattern to allow weekends at home.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with mining projects, maintenance, shutdowns and brownfields upgrades is advantageous.
• Strong written and technical skills including commercial, budgets, construction metrics and change management.
• Strong analytical skills (variations, proposals, business cases, financial analysis).
• Ability to work in Australia with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, maintaining teamwork and employee relations.
• Efficiently manage resources, structure and skills to deliver projects.
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage project financial performance to achieve forecasts and targets.
