Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Lead for a major mining project based in Port Hedland. The role involves end-to-end contract management, commercial administration and risk mitigation across brownfield and greenfield works.

Perks include Perth-based options with site travel or FIFO 2:1 roster, reporting to the Project Manager, and strong governance for contractor performance. The successful candidate will drive contract strategy, procurement support and dispute avoidance

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience in contracts management for mining, resources or construction projects.
• Proven ability to administer high-value contracts and manage commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract management from construction to project completion.
• Administer head contracts and ensure compliance with obligations and governance.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements including variations, claims and close-out.
• Provide commercial advice to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate construction, engineering, services and supply contracts.
• Manage correspondence, notices, EOTs and contractual claims.
