Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking Mechanical Supervisors to join our Goldfields branch on a casual FIFO basis from Perth. You will lead teams of Boilermakers, Fitters, Riggers and Trades Assistants on project works, including structural, piping, tank refurbishments and asset integrity.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, the S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate, and the ability to obtain a police clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical trades on heavy industry projects.
• Familiarity with Goldfields client sites is desirable.
• Must have or be able to obtain S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervising teams of Boilermakers, Fitters, Riggers and Trade Assistants, ensuring works are completed efficiently
• Work with engineering team to interpret project information and ensure compliance with standards
• Ensure works are carried out to high quality and safety standards
• Review risk assessments and permits for site tasks
• Conduct pre-start briefings and coordinate with client and crew on scope and schedule
