Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to join the team supporting a major mining construction project. The successful candidate will lead planning, cost control, forecasting, earned value management and change management while guiding project teams.

This full-time role operates on a 2:1 FIFO roster in Western Australia, offering attractive remuneration and clear career development within a leading contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• Extensive experience leading project controls on mining, energy, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6, InEight and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all project controls functions across assigned projects.
• Provide oversight of cost control, planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting.
• Mentor and support Project Controls Engineers and Specialists.
• Lead setup and optimization of InEight across projects and integrate with Primavera P6 and ERP.
• Develop and manage project control budgets and lead monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee scheduling, progress tracking and change management activities.
