Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer - Electrical to support Port and East Pilbara projects. You will lead teams, build client relationships, and deliver high-quality reporting while defining scope of work.

The role offers on-site FIFO from Perth with a 5:2/4:3 roster, mentoring, internal transfers, and opportunities for career growth within a major Australian resources contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in an engineering discipline is required.
• Experience estimating electrical works is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop project/construction schedules and progress reports.
• Mining brownfields upgrades experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and technical skills, with budgets and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review scope of works, drawings and specifications.
• Review budgets, perform cost comparisons and procure materials.
• Develop and review methodologies for project execution.
• Create work packs and assist estimating, scoping, tendering and planning.
• Organise resources, equipment and materials to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to supervision and project staff.
