• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across service operations, field service, and customer support functions.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company and statutory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with key mining customers.
• Manage service operations to achieve financial targets, productivity objectives, and operational KPIs.
• Oversee service planning, workforce utilisation, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Support major maintenance, rebuild, and component replacement programs across customer sites.
• Monitor and improve service performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with parts, technical support, warranty, and operations teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Identify business development opportunities and support growth within the NSW Mining region.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for succession planning and capability growth.
• Manage service vehicles, tooling, equipment, subcontractors and branch infrastructure.
