Komatsu Australia invites applications for a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Komatsu and customer equipment both in workshop and in the field. Based with the Mt Thorley Service team, you will service a heavy equipment fleet, perform inspections and produce condition reports with repair recommendations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Plant Mechanic with mine site experience and focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Ability to diagnose and repair heavy mobile equipment in workshop or on site.
• Experience with technical reporting and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair Komatsu and customer equipment in workshop and field.
• Service and maintain machinery fleet; conduct inspections and prepare reports and repair recommendations.
• Contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement; support rental fleet management and major maintenance projects.
