Job summary

Develop has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Site Administrator to join the growing team at our Woodlawn Copper Zinc Mine near Tarago, NSW. Reporting to the Senior Site Administrator, this role manages day-to-day administrative operations of the site, providing essential support to the Senior Site Administrator and Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar site administration role (desirable).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Hold a valid Australian C class driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of site entry and clearance requirements in line with company and safety procedures.
• Support the purchasing and accounts process by assisting with purchase orders, invoices and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and transfer bookings for employees and visitors as required.
• Provide administrative support to site leadership and departmental teams as required.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new employees including site access, PPE allocation and uniforms.
• Support the coordination of site meetings, functions, catering and corporate visits.
• Ensure noticeboards, signage and site communications are updated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and administrative documentation.
• Build positive working relationships with employees and contractors to support site operations.
