Job summary

Foxleigh Mine, located near Middlemount, Queensland, seeks a proactive Mining Administrator to join the Production team. You will ensure accurate data management, coordinate production administration, and support shift planning and communications on site.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced mining environment. Experience with Pulse or similar systems is preferred, along with a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within mining, construction, or another high-volume operational setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with production or maintenance systems (Pulse or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• A commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate production records and assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into production systems
• Supporting scheduling, timesheet collation, and leave tracking for production crews.
• Managing personnel logistics, including accommodation and uniform coordination.
• Coordinating administrative requirements for shift coverage, toolbox meetings, and internal communications.
• Managing document control for procedures, SWIs, and compliance records.
• Providing administrative support for audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Liaising across departments to align production plans and operational needs.
• Assisting with meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and reporting documentation.
• Undertaking adhoc administrative tasks that support the Production team.
