Job summary

Core Talent in regional NSW is seeking a hands-on Site Administrator to support a substation project near the ACT. This is a 6–7 month full-time contract, site-based, with 8–10 hour days.

You will provide day-to-day admin, document control, and coordination for a growing project team of around 20 on site, expanding toward 50. The role suits a practical, proactive person who can drive a ute for personnel pickup and assist wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in site administration or project administration.
• Proactive, reliable and willing to assist across the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and office management support to the site team.
• Scan, organise and maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist with general document control and filing.
• Support the coordination of site personnel and daily site requirements.
• Drive a site ute when required, including assisting with morning personnel pick-ups.
• Help manage general site office requirements as the project team expands.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and logistical support to the wider project team.
