MacKellar is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at Carmichael Mine in regional Queensland. This busy, high-volume role has you coordinating day-to-day travel and accommodation for a large workforce, while delivering a high level of service to employees, contractors and visitors.

Qualifications

Mine site administration experience – essential.
Experience managing travel and accommodation bookings is highly regarded.
Strong skills across Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
Current Standard 11, or willingness to obtain.
Current Queensland Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for employees, contractors and guests.
Provide payroll and onboarding administration support.
Maintain rosters, records and site documentation.
Prepare reports and assist with general site administration.
Support event planning, client meetings and management requirements.
Work closely with other administrators and site teams.
Assist with general administrative duties as required.
