Job summary

4impact in Adelaide is seeking an AI Enablement & Modern Workplace Support Specialist to help rollout AI capabilities across the organisation, collaborating with Corporate IT and R&D to ensure users have the right tools, licensing, and support.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot enablement, licensing management, and end-user support, with a strong emphasis on user experience and adoption of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and licensing.
• Proven desktop support or end-user computing experience.
• Ability to roll out AI tools and support licensing and access requests.

AI Enablement & Modern Workplace Support Specialist

We're looking for someone who enjoys being at the forefront of new technology adoption and helping businesses get real value from modern workplace tools.

This role will play a key part in supporting the rollout of AI capabilities across the organisation, working closely with Corporate IT and the R&D team to ensure users have the right tools, access, licensing, and support in place.

If you've worked in Microsoft 365 environments, supported end users, managed Azure AD/Entra ID, licensing, or been involved in a Microsoft Copilot rollout, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the business
• Assisting with Microsoft Copilot enablement and user support
• Managing Microsoft licensing, billing and access requests
• Providing Windows and end-user support where required
• Working with the R&D team to help mobilise and scale AI initiatives
• Partnering with business stakeholders to drive adoption and improve user experience
