4impact is seeking a hands-on IT professional to administer Copilot, support AI-driven initiatives, and manage Power Platform environments in an Australian context. The role covers governance, security, and licensing while aligning with Azure billing and Entra ID administration.

You will provide user support, assist with Copilot enablement, and collaborate with R&D to scale AI initiatives across the business. Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows end-user support experience is valued.

• Experience administering Copilot, AI agents, and managing Power Platform environments.

Full Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who has administered Copilot, built or supported AI agents, managed Power Platform environments, and understands governance, security, licensing, and Azure billing.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the business
• Assisting with Microsoft Copilot enablement and user support
• Managing Microsoft licensing, billing and access requests
• Supporting Azure AD / Entra ID administration
• Providing Windows and end-user support where required
• Working with the R&D team to help mobilise and scale AI initiatives
• Partnering with business stakeholders to drive adoption and improve user experience

• Desktop Support or End User Computing (EUC)
