Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Consultant to partner with clients in embedding AI into daily workflows, identifying high-value opportunities, and creating scalable adoption strategies that deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT, and executives to define practical Copilot use cases, governance, and user readiness, driving productivity improvements across Modern Workplace programs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Adoption & Change Management, Business Transformation, or AI consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern workplace technologies.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across different business functions and translate challenges into tech solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and guiding transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI concepts, including Microsoft Purview.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for transforming work processes.

• Identifying and prioritizing Copilot use cases aligned with objectives and measurable outcomes.

• Designing enablement programs, user adoption initiatives, champion communities, and AI coaching sessions.
• Building proof-of-concepts and low-code AI solutions integrating Copilot into workflows.
