Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Presales Solution Architect – Digital Workplace in Melbourne to drive partner-led growth across ANZ. You will collaborate closely with Microsoft, partners, sales, and delivery teams to shape Digital Workplace opportunities and develop scalable services solutions that accelerate customer transformation and business outcomes.

• Experience in technical presales, solution architecture, consulting, or Digital Workplace transformation roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical discovery with customers and partners to define Digital Workplace requirements and transformation objectives.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva, Security, and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Support partner sales motions with workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Develop Statements of Work, implementation roadmaps, solution scopes, and technical proposals for delivery and outcomes.
• Enable partners through mentoring, best-practice frameworks, and capability development in Microsoft Modern Work areas.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, partner leadership, sales, and delivery to create scalable offerings and drive growth.

Working closely with Microsoft, channel partners, sales teams, and delivery specialists, you will help shape Digital Workplace opportunities, develop scalable services solutions, and accelerate growth across the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem.

As a Presales Solution Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, helping them design, position, and adopt modern workplace solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, security, and employee experience. You will play a key role in partner enablement, technical presales, solution architecture, and services-led growth across Microsoft Modern Work technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading business and technical discovery engagements with customers and partners to define Digital Workplace requirements and transformation objectives.
• Designing end-to-end solution architectures across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Security, and Modern Work technologies.
• Supporting partner sales motions through workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and technical win strategies.
• Developing Statements of Work, implementation roadmaps, solution scopes, and technical proposals that support successful project delivery and customer outcomes.
• Enabling partners through mentoring, solution guidance, best-practice frameworks, and capability development across Microsoft Modern Work solution areas.
• Collaborating with Microsoft, partner leadership teams, sales teams, and delivery specialists to create scalable offerings, drive services attachment, and accelerate business growth.

Job Requirements

• Experience in technical presales, solution architecture, consulting, or Digital Workplace transformation roles.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Viva, Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Security solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft partners, channel ecosystems, or indirect sales models to influence customer outcomes and business growth.
• Ability to develop Statements of Work, technical proposals, service offerings, and solution scopes for customer and partner engagements.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical teams, business leaders, and partner executives.
• Passion for helping organizations transform the way people work through collaboration, productivity, security, and AI-powered workplace solutions.
