Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage the Roselands territory in NSW. You will handle replenishment, ticketing, display builds, compliance audits, and new product launches, building strong retailer relationships and ensuring in-store execution.

The role is an ongoing casual position averaging 8 hours per week with no guaranteed minimum. Availability on Tue, Wed and Fri is essential; a current Australian driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: ROSELANDS and surrounds

Hours: Average of 8 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday availability is essential; f

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
