Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a part-time Merchandiser for BEGA and surrounding areas. The role involves managing a territory with duties from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, audits, and new product launches, performed in stores and other retail locations.

You will work about 10 hours per week, with Tuesday to Friday availability preferred and a driver’s license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high quality displays in stores.
• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Negotiate promotional space with store teams.
• Execute planograms accurately.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via phone or tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients professionally at all times.
• Perform physical tasks safely, including standing, walking, bending and lifting.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

BEGA and surrounds (Includes Merimbula and Tura Beach)

Hours

Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Tuesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday is highly regarded.

Essential

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
