Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is a busy field merchandising team seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory and foster retailer relationships. You will cover replenishment, ticketing, displays, and new product launches, ensuring operational excellence across stores.

Based in LISMORE and surrounds, the role offers an average of 15 hours per week with Tuesday to Friday availability. A current Australian driver’s license and vehicle are essential, along with strong

Qualifications

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Safely perform the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory:LISMORE and surrounds (Suburbs may include, but are not limited to,Lismore, Casino, Mullumbimby, Ballina and Evans Head)

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability:Tuesday to Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMondayis highly regarded.
