Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage the GOULBURN territory in a casual, ongoing role. You will ensure operational excellence through replenishment, ticketing, display builds, compliance audits and new product launches.

Average 15 hours per week with Wednesday and Thursday availability, driving a professional image and building strong retailer relationships. A valid Australian driver’s license and car are required; roster is released two weeks in advance and

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s license and vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending and lifting.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Wednesday & Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday & Thursday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store

• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
