Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Program Administrator – Enhanced Services to provide high-quality administrative support across UAMHS, YESS and BMMHC mental health services in Chatswood, Penrith, Oatlands and Blacktown. The role offers a permanent full-time schedule, from 9am to 5pm, with a pay rate of $37.12 per hour plus super and salary packaging benefits.

You will work across multiple locations, supporting clinical and operational management teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years' experience in administration / medical reception.
• Experience working in mental health service.
• Experience processing invoices and general finance.
• Advanced level capability in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other IT applications.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and team support, including preparing meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Manage stationery, office supplies, purchase orders and general finance administration.
• Support triage bookings and provide face-to-face, online and telephone customer service.
• Monitor shared inboxes and assist the online triage team with enquiries and administration.
• Support general office housekeeping and the upkeep of building facilities, including notices and signage.
• High-level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Manage competing priorities, work to deadlines and use initiative in a busy environment.
