OmniMind is a well-established psychiatric practice seeking a reliable Medical Administration Officer to join our busy clinic full-time. You will support patients and clinicians, schedule appointments, handle referrals and billing, and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare admin experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Medicare billing and Gentu is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing appointments, bookings, and clinician schedules

• Supporting day-to-day clinic operations
