Zap Fitness is recruiting a Membership Services Representative to be the face of the member experience in the club. You will create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction, support enquiries, and help members stay motivated on their fitness journey.

This role blends sales, service and operational support in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive, premium service mindset and weekend availability to meet member needs.”

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced premium customer service role.
• Interest and passion for health and fitness.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform in an autonomous environment.
• Be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week.
• Previous sales experience is desirable.
