Zap Fitness 24/7 is seeking a Membership Services Representative to be the face of our club experience. You’ll welcome members, resolve enquiries, and help them stay motivated on their fitness journey.

This role blends sales, service and operations in a fast-moving environment, requiring you to deliver premium service at every touchpoint and build strong relationships with members, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced premium customer service role.
• Interest and passion for health and fitness.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Available to work Saturdays and some weekdays.
• Previous sales experience is desirable.
