Zap Fitness 24/7 in Hobart seeks a Customer Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders, delivering professional support across enquiries and payments. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

You'll resolve issues, recover overdue payments, and uphold an outstanding customer experience, building strong relationships and contributing to a high-performing team within Fitness & Lifestyle Group.

Formación

• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment (debt recovery experience highly regarded).
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and accountability in every interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members, clubs, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and complaints, identifying causes and providing effective solutions.
• Follow up with members to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Facilitate payment recovery through consistent and professional communication.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems.
