Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Officer at Yawa Aquatic Centre, dedicated to acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim. You will drive sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences and guidance on centre services.

You will be part of a team that values integrity, excellence, and community connection, with responsibilities spanning enquiries, tours, data entry, and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience
• Experience in achieving collective and individual targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests
• Willingness to work across a span of hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Achieve set sales targets on a daily basis
• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
• Handle enquiries with accurate information following company processes
• Conduct tours of the centre to convert prospective members to subscriptions
• Process memberships and data entry in line with policies
• Demonstrate knowledge of centre services and activities and operate POS systems
