Job summary

Belgravia Leisure, part of Belgravia Health and Leisure Group, operates fitness clubs, aquatic centres and wellness facilities across Australia. The Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator at Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre will lead the Guest Experience team and drive membership sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service leadership experience in fitness, leisure or wellness.
• Strong track record of achieving membership or sales targets.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness and community recreation.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Guest Experience team and operations.
• Drive gym membership sales, retention and revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve KPIs and deliver great service.
• Oversee local marketing activities, community outreach and promotions.
