Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Myaree, WA, seeks a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team and drive membership growth. You will own the member journey from join to retention, coaching staff to hit targets, and ensuring top-notch front desk service.

You’ll deliver sales training, manage rosters, and implement retention strategies while fostering a culture that motivates members to stay engaged and achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with the ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of selling cycles and upsell/c cross-sell techniques.
• Experience managing the customer journey for retention and outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and leading a team.
• Ability to motivate others toward goals.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow of the MSC team to reach monthly sales targets.
• Achieve personal and team monthly/annual sales targets.
• Create structures to ensure MSC minimum performance criteria are met.
• Assist with sales training for the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Support Club/Regional Manager in growth initiatives.
• Support Club Manager with MSC fortnightly rostering.
