Goodlife Health Clubs in Mitcham, Adelaide seeks a full-time Member Support Consultant to drive new memberships and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will be the first friendly face for many, guiding potential members through tours, presentations, and sign-ups while hitting sales targets.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, leveraging referrals, promotions and outstanding service to grow club memberships and enhance member journeys.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Outstanding communication skills, both listening and influencing others.
• Tenacity and drive to achieve individual and team targets.
• Customer-focused mindset aiming for exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries and close memberships.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to recommend club products.
