Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Brisbane is seeking a dynamic Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team and drive membership growth. You will own the end-to-end member journey from join to leaver and ensure exceptional front desk operations and service standards.

You will coach and mentor the team, empower them to hit KPIs, and implement effective retention strategies. The role offers uncapped commissions and a clear path to club management within a leading fitness group.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of the selling cycle and sales techniques including upselling/cross-selling.
• Experience managing the customer journey to achieve outcomes and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow of MSC team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Achieve individual and team monthly/annual sales targets.
• Develop structure to ensure MSC team meets daily performance criteria.
• Assist with delivering sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Aim for member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Ensure enquiries by phone, email or in person are answered within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in initiatives to drive membership growth.
• Support Club Manager in MSC roster planning.
