Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs on the Gold Coast is seeking a part-time Member Support Consultant to drive memberships with energetic, people-first service. This hybrid role involves welcoming members, presenting club offerings, and converting interest into sign-ups while supporting retention.

You will need current First Aid & CPR certificates, excellent communication, and a drive to hit personal and team targets in a supportive fitness community.

• Assist with member retention programs and regular service calls to keep members engaged.
