Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Perth’s northern suburbs is seeking a proactive Member Support Consultant to drive new memberships and deliver exceptional member experiences. You’ll welcome members, present tours, and convert leads while supporting retention programs in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You’ll need First Aid & CPR certs and a passion for helping people reach fitness goals, with a drive to achieve individual and team targets in a high-energy club setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.

• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
