Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Fitzroy is seeking a driven Member Support Consultant to welcome prospective members, present and tour facilities, and guide them toward a healthy lifestyle. You’ll drive new memberships, maintain member journeys, and support retention with proactive calls and personalised interactions.

This full-time role combines base salary with uncapped commissions, plus membership perks and career growth across FLG brands.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities - listen, understand, empathise and influence.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Opening and closing the club as per the roster.
• Active involvement in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to recommend club-based products.
