Goodlife Health Clubs in Nerang (Queensland) is seeking a full-time Member Support Consultant to drive new memberships and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will engage with community networks, present club offerings, and nurture prospects through the sales process.

You’ll be at the heart of club activity, welcoming members, promoting programs, and supporting retention initiatives to help people start and sustain healthier lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Contact leads by phone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys with personalised interactions.
• Assist with enquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to keep members active.
