Job summary
Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager in Australia to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering exceptional member experiences across the club. You’ll own the full member journey from joiners to leavers, mentor staff, and ensure sales targets are met with a people-first leadership approach.

Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI hits.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and upselling/cross-selling.
- Experience managing customer journey and retention metrics.
- Experience mentoring a team.
- Ability to motivate others towards goals.
- Experience using business computer systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
- Achieve personal monthly and annual sales targets.
- Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance.
- Assist with delivery of sales training to the MSC team.
- Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
- Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
- Support Club and Regional Manager with initiatives to drive membership growth.
- Support Club Manager in rostering the MSC fortnightly.
