Qualifikationen

• Proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of the cycle of selling and sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling.
• Experience managing the customer journey to achieve successful outcomes and knowledge of retention metrics is highly regarded.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Aufgaben

• Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to reach monthly sales targets.
• Achieve personal monthly and annual sales targets.
• Create structures to ensure the MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Support the Club and Regional Manager in initiatives to drive membership growth.
• Support the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster.
