Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Perth is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will own the member journey from joiners to leavers and coach your team to consistently exceed targets.

You will coach staff, implement retention strategies, and ensure rapid responses to inquiries while coordinating training and rostering. A strong leadership and sales background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with the ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of the sales cycle plus up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team to achieve targets.
• Ability to set and motivate others toward clear goals.
• Experience using business computer systems; First Aid and CPR certificates are current.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
• Achieve your own annual sales targets to contribute to team success.
• Create structure to ensure the MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with delivering sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in driving membership growth.
• Support Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster.
