Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator for the Mornington Peninsula to lead the Guest Experience team, drive membership sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the pre-sales campaign for the new Gym & Wellness Centre and work with the Venue Manager to achieve ambitious membership targets ahead of launch.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure a seamless guest journey from enquiry through to membership and ongoing

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service leadership experience (fitness, leisure or wellness industry experience highly regarded but not essential).
• Strong track record of achieving membership or sales targets.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness and community recreation.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and leading from the front.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
• National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales campaign for the new Gym & Wellness Centre opening soon.
• Drive membership growth, retention and revenue targets.
• Generate, nurture and convert membership leads.
• Coordinate local marketing activities, community outreach and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Promote memberships, programs, personal training and wellness services
• Coordinate staff rosters and daily operational requirements.
• Deliver training, coaching and ongoing development for team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Oversee cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) processes.
• Support the achievement of venue KPIs and business objectives.
