Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator for the Somerville Recreation Centre on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will lead the Guest Experience team, drive membership sales, retention and local marketing initiatives, and oversee pre-sales for the new Gym & Wellness Centre.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will coach staff, develop sales strategies, ensure service standards, and build strong relationships with members and the local community while

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service leadership in fitness or wellness.
• Track record of achieving membership or sales targets.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work flexible roster including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Guest Experience team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow memberships.
• Coach staff to achieve KPIs and maintain service standards.
• Oversee local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Manage café sales and stock and POS processes.
