Job summary

The Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking an organised Membership Administrator to support daily operations, onboarding, and communications within the Membership team. You will interact with members and internal departments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to events and improvements in processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data interpretation, and excellent customer service in a club environment that values tradition and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a membership, relationship management or operations environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer service focus.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and work with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the Membership team across member communications and onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day membership enquiries from first contact to resolution.
• Assist with new member intake, club tours and welcome events.
• Prepare candidate documentation for the Membership Nominations Review Sub-Committee.
• Support events and experiences for existing and prospective members.
• Collect, track and prepare membership data for reporting and decision-making.
• Provide administrative support and help streamline processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments on membership projects.
