Job summary

North Ryde Golf Club is seeking a Functions Coordinator to grow the event and function business while creating memorable experiences for members and guests. You’ll manage bookings from enquiry to execution and partner with hospitality staff to ensure flawless events.

This full-time role reports to the Clubhouse Operations Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.

Functions Coordinator

Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for delivering exceptional events? North Ryde Golf Club is looking for a driven Functions Coordinator to grow our event and function business while creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

As the first point of contact for all things functions and events, you’ll manage bookings from enquiry through to execution, develop new corporate and community business (including working alongside our golf team on corporate golf days), and partner with our hospitality staff to make sure every event runs without a hitch.
