Job summary
The Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Membership Operations Assistant to support the Membership team with daily tasks, communications, onboarding and documentation for membership reviews. You will coordinate notices, welcome materials, tours and engagement initiatives, while handling enquiries and ensuring accurate, timely information.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and clear communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in membership/relationship management or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook with data handling ability.
Responsibilities
- Support the Membership team with member communications and onboarding.
- Handle membership enquiries from initial contact to resolution.
- Assist with member intake, nominations, and document preparation for reviews.
- Support events and engagement initiatives for current and prospective members.
- Prepare membership data for reporting and decision-making.
- Provide admin support and develop efficient SOPs and filing systems.
- Collaborate on membership projects and continuous improvement.
