Job summary

Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is seeking a driven Membership Consultant for the Tweed Heads Club. You will drive member growth, lead generation and deliver compelling tours to prospective members, with full training and clear progression in a fast-growing fitness brand.

You’ll manage leads in our CRM, track conversions daily and work with the team to exceed targets while representing the Cartel brand with energy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm and drive matter most.
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences.
• Customer-focused with a drive to hit targets.
• Ability to generate and convert leads through outreach, community engagement and referrals.
