Job summary

Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is seeking a driven Membership Consultant for our Morayfield Club. If fitness excites you and you have a knack for sales, you’ll drive member growth, deliver compelling tours, and convert leads through creative outreach and referrals.

You’ll receive full sales training, have access to top incentives, and a clear pathway into Sales Manager and Club Management roles as the brand continues to expand across Australia.

What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind member growth. You will:

• Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement, and referrals
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
• Build great member journeys through positive, professional interactions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions daily using our CRM
• Work with your team to ensure the club continues to grow and thrive
