Job summary

Fitness Cartel Health Clubs in Morayfield, Australia, is seeking a driven Membership Consultant to lead sales and member onboarding at our Morayfield club. If fitness lights you up, you’ll build lasting connections, drive targets, and grow with a brand aiming to expand rapidly.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement, and referrals
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
• Build great member journeys through positive, professional interactions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions daily using our CRM
• Work with your team to ensure the club continues to grow and thrive
