Level Group ANZ is seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary technical and systems support link for our Member network, working with the ANZ Support & Systems Lead to help Members master operating systems and streamline their workflows.

This high-growth role offers a clear path to a Business Support Manager position, with hybrid or work-from-home options available for candidates in Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Tech aptitude to pick up new software quickly.
• Clear, down-to-earth verbal and written communication.
• Interest in learning and applying AI tools to improve business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, first-line helpdesk support for member requests.
• Coach and train Members and teams to maximise value of core software.
• Help onboard new Members onto our tech stack and track onboarding completion.
• Maintain central action registers, track vendor tickets, and prepare member reports.
• Create user guides, training modules, and SOPs to enhance Member experience.
