Level Group ANZ is creating a brand-new role for a Business Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary technical and systems support link for our Member network.

This position offers a clear growth path, including mentorship and onboarding, with potential progression to a Business Support Manager. Hybrid work options are available across Sydney, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Commerce or Information Systems, or 1–3 years in system support/trade operations.
• Ability to learn and train others on new software quickly.
• Clear, down-to-earth communication for non-technical business owners and tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Member Systems Support: deliver first-line helpdesk support and triage requests.
• Software Adoption & Training: coach Members to maximize value of software platforms.
• Implementation & Onboarding: onboard new Members onto core tech stack.
• Operations & Reporting: maintain action registers, track tickets, prepare reports.
• IP & Resource Development: create user guides and SOPs to enhance experience.
